It is the perfect training method for people who want to improve their general health and day to day lifestyle, and equally valuable for experienced athletes to push the boundaries of elite fitness.

CrossFit sets itself apart from other training styles with its emphasis on community and a supportive team environment.

 

Currently, our facilities are only open for classes listed on our timetable. From our experience, CrossFit training is best delivered in a group environment.

Yes. Child minding is available at our Mornington facility during our weekday 9:30 am classes. At Kingston, it is during our 9:30 am Monday, Wednesday, and Friday classes.

Yes. We are proud to offer all of our members access to our facilities in Mornington and Kingston.

Our Mornington gym is located at Unit 1/10 Electra PI, Mornington, TAS 7018. Our Kingston gym is located at 50c Browns Road, Kingston, TAS 7050.

Every class includes a brief, demonstrations, warmup, 1 on 1 time with the coach, and a workout that generally involves a mix of strength, cardio, and skill work. They have an upbeat atmosphere and are never short of encouragement from coaches and participants alike.
