At CrossFit Colossus, it is our mission to support the health and wellness of our local community. Since 2011, we have been sharing our passion for CrossFit with the people of Hobart through group training.
Whether you’ve never set foot in a gym, or lifting weights is second nature, our classes are carefully curated to provide everyone with options to challenge themselves. They combine a blend of strength, cardio, and skill work to keep your body guessing every time you step in the gym.
Our staff are committed to delivering you the highest calibre coaching imaginable. We value quality movement above all else at Colossus and ensuring you move safely and with correct technique is our priority. We structure all our sessions to allow for ample opportunity to teach our members. We deliver value by coaching, not shouting at you to move faster.
