Currently, our facilities are only open for classes listed on our timetable. From our experience, CrossFit training is best delivered in a group environment.

Every class includes a brief, demonstrations, warmup, 1 on 1 time with the coach, and a workout that generally involves a mix of strength, cardio, and skill work. They have an upbeat atmosphere and are never short of encouragement from coaches and participants alike.
